Service Cancellation
- Customers may cancel a booked service at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee or be ineligible for a refund.
Service Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with a service provided, you must report the issue within 48 hours.
- Refunds may be considered only if:
- The service was not delivered as promised
- The problem was not resolved after repeated attempts
- If tools, spares, or resources were used during the service, those costs are non-refundable.
No Refund Scenarios
- Services completed successfully and acknowledged by the customer
- Issues caused by third-party software, viruses, or hardware failures not covered by the initial scope
- Unauthorized tampering or modifications after service
2. Software Purchases (Licenses, Downloads, Digital Keys)
Non-Refundable Items
- All software license keys, product activations, and digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
- This includes:
- Antivirus software
- Operating system keys
- Office/productivity software
- Custom-installed software packages
This policy is necessary to prevent digital product misuse and licensing violations.
3. Exceptions & Special Considerations
- If a software product fails to install or activate due to a technical issue caused by us, we will attempt to resolve it. If unresolved, a replacement may be offered.
- For accidental purchases or duplicate payments, please contact our support within 24 hours.
4. How to Request a Refund or Raise a Concern
Please reach out to our customer service team with:
- Your invoice or order ID
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Screenshots or supporting evidence (if applicable)
